How to Pay
Fares are collected electronically at the time of scheduling. Customers must have a sufficient balance available in their Sun Van account prior to scheduling a trip. Drivers cannot accept cash.

Add value to your payment account in the following ways:
- By Phone - Pay with a credit or debit card. Call the Special Services Office at (520) 791-4100; TDD (520) 791-2639.
- By Mail - Pay with a check or money order made out City of Tucson. Send payment to the City of Tucson Special Services Office, 35 W. Alameda, Tucson, AZ 85701.
- In Person - Pay with cash, check, money order, credit or debit Card at the Special Services Office.
